New mission - Irreversable Sucker Punch
« on: June 16, 2012, 02:21:43 PM »
Just built, not tested as of yet, Meg wants it to do testing today.
Will update and enlarge the scope of battle.
Runway select with additional parking, smaller one seemed to cause issues:

I guess it is tested now, we have flown it a few times! Need to add win conditions and a few other triggers. Was trying to keep it vanilla to see if it would not crash.

In case anyone is wondering we use labels for missions such as this....(Targets scattered over a large warzone)
 but we have them reduced to dots (asterisk) so words and distances are not obscuring the targets.

How to change labels to a symbol here:

http://www.sdsquad.com/index.php?topic=2455.0

my labels.lua file looks like this

AirFormat = {}
AirFormat[10] = "*"
AirFormat[5000] = "*"
AirFormat[10000] = "*"
AirFormat[20000] = "*"
AirFormat[30000] = "*"

GroundFormat = {}
GroundFormat[5000] = "*"
GroundFormat[10000] = "*"
GroundFormat[20000] = "*"

NavyFormat = {}
NavyFormat[10000] = "*"
NavyFormat[20000] = "*"
NavyFormat[40000] = "*"

WeaponFormat = {}
WeaponFormat[5000] = "*"
WeaponFormat[10000] = "*"
WeaponFormat[20000] = "*"

Looking forward to the latest version..

I have been hosting quite a bit lately at DCS World.

I ran your mission all day Saturday and a few times Sunday.

Have had up to eight players and it runs smooth.

I limit it to 11 because that is alll of the available aircraft in this particular mission.

I have seen only one crash lately.

Maybe after a few missions I should restart from scratch...but not bad since this is a Beta.
