IL2 Strumovik Cliffs of Dover / Il2 COD Script for Il2 1946 Style Coop

COD is now capable of Coop missions thanks to LeadTurn's perseverance and a small script file added with the missons files. Lead already had several work arounds so we can coop one way or another. Script testing will be tonight.

Time to finally get COD, Dotag! You can buy via Steam which you already use. And time for you to come fly with us again, Shelt! See ya' on the flight line tonight.
